I am an ER nurse, and in all of my years in nursing, I have never seen anything like this coronavirus (COVID-19). The more we learn, the more we warn our friends and family about its seriousness. Please continue to heed all warnings: continue to wash your hands, eat right, drink plenty of warm fluids, water, and continue practicing social distancing to help minimize your exposure to this virus. Some of us have to work and continue to serve our patients and I love every minute of it! I love serving my fellow veterans in their time of need. These have been really trying times for our country, to say the least, and all of my fellow nurses, ED techs, doctors, paramedics, respiratory therapists, radiology techs, police, environmental housekeepers keeping our hospitals sanitized, and the list goes on and on! Let's not forget the people who continue to prepare our food in restaurants, truck drivers delivering our food and essentials, workers in grocery stores, moms, dads, grandparents at home with their kids, and the countless number of people who have lost their jobs and their lives during this horrific pandemic! I pray that this period will end soon and that most of America can get back to some form of normalcy soon. My heart aches during this time but I will remain prayerful and faithful for the Lord's mercy and grace so that he will heal our land. (2 Chronicles 7:14)

Keep your hands clean with proper handwashing with soap and water or hand sanitizers.
